What we collect, and what we do with it
Short, because there is not much of it. This site has no advertising, no tracking scripts and no cookies of its own.

Who we are
This site is operated by Surveyor Kuwait. If you want to ask anything about this policy, or about information we hold, write to the address at the foot of this page and say so plainly — we will answer.
What the contact form collects
When you send us an enquiry, we record what you typed and a little about the request itself:
Your name, email address, and — if you give them — your company and telephone number.
Your message.
Which page you were on when you wrote it, and which language you were reading.
Your IP address and the time. These are kept to stop the form being used to send bulk messages, not to build a picture of you.
We use it to reply, and to keep a record that you contacted us and what was said. It is stored on a server we control in a European data centre, and it is not sold, rented or passed to anyone for marketing.
Your message is also emailed to us so that somebody sees it promptly. That email travels through our mail provider, which is the only third party involved in handling an enquiry.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no advertising or social media scripts. Nothing here follows you to another site, and nothing here knows you were on one before.
The customer dashboard at route.surveyorkuwait.com is a different matter: signing in stores a token in your browser so that you stay signed in. That is a working part of the application and not a tracker.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we are dealing with them and for a reasonable period afterwards, because "did anyone ever reply to that?" is a question that gets asked months later. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Information belonging to our clients
If you are a client, the survey records, photographs and reports held in our system are a separate matter from this website and are covered by the agreement between us. We hold them to do the work you engaged us for, we do not use them for anything else, and each client's data is held separately from every other client's.
What you can ask for
Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address at the foot of this page. We will not ask you to prove a legal right before we do something reasonable.
Changes
If we change what we collect — adding analytics, for example — this page changes on the same day. It is the description of what actually happens, not a document written once and left.
